New Support Issue Tracking System

In January we began moving our client and support records into our new CRM (customer relationship management) system. We selected vTiger, an open source solution, for our CRM needs. We expect that it will take us until sometime this summer to complete the process of moving all the data from our various systems into vTiger. Once completed we'll have all our support, project management, and contact data centralized in one system. This centralizing of client information will help us better track support issues and document all aspects of the projects we manage for our clients.

Messages submitted this way will be routed into our trouble ticket system which helps us better manage your requests.
